Ningxia Pops | Recipes

You guys know how much I love my Ningxia Red. Did you know, it’s also amazing for your kiddos? Let me tell ya ’bout it…

It is the highest antioxidant-rich drink in the world and provides the same amount of antioxidants as consuming:

34 large carrots
100 oranges
814 blueberries
22 medium carrots
10.88 lbs. of spinach
55.33 lbs. of almonds
59 broccoli florets
73 medium strawberries
93 apples

IN ONE OUNCE!!!!!!!! Yes, you heard me correctly, just one ounce of this yummy drink provides that same amount of antioxidants. It’s nuts. But, that’s not all…

-Provides a natural energy boost
-Fortifies the cardiovascular system
– Supports healthy blood pressure levels
– Promotes restful sleep patterns
– Enhances immune function
– Supports brain and cognitive function
– Supports healthy digestion
– Supports proper muscle and joint health
– Promotes a feeling of satiety when taken before meals

Needless to say, when I can make a fun treat for my kiddos, and add some Ningxia goodness, I do it! P.S. They like it straight out of the glass too- this is just more fun!

Ningxia Red Pops
Serving: 6
6 cups frozen berries (we use strawberries and mangos most frequently)
1 cup water
1/2 cup Ningxia Red

Throw everything in a blender and enjoy!

We enjoy the FoodWorks Silicone Ice Pop Maker Molds/Popsicle Molds, Set of 6. You can replace the lid, so the kids can come back for more later! They come in fun colors and are super easy to clean! Just be sure you have something to set them up in while pouring.
